Yogurt and Avocado Panna Cotta Recipe
Panna cotta is a classic Italian dessert, traditionally made with heavy cream, milk, sugar, and gelatin.I have used avocado , yogurt ,milk, and cream in this recipe.We all know that avocado is incredibly nutritious , that’s why I try to use avocados a lot in my food.I didn’t know that avocado and yogurt goes so well with each other until I made the recipe.This recipe is super easy to make and super delicious.
For three to four servings:
Avocado: 1 and a half ripped and mashed (If large avocado, use one ).
Yogurt: One cup.
Milk: One cup.
Cream: Half cup.
Sugar: One large tablespoon/as per your test
Gelatin sheets: 2
Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon ( good quality if possible ).
Nuts and seeds of your choice for decoration.I have used mixed nuts, desiccated coconut,sesame seeds.
1] Soak two gelatin sheets in the cold water for 5 minutes or until it becomes soft.
2] Add milk and cream in a saucepan , on medium to low heat ,stir them well.
3] Then add yogurt, followed by vanilla extract, avocado,gelatin, and sugar.Mix everything together.
4] After few minutes when gelatin and sugar dissolved turn the heat off.
5] Blend the mixture in a blender.
6] Pour the mixture into the serving glasses.
7] Refrigerate them for few hours.
8] Garnish the desert with your favorite toppings.I have used grapes and roasted nuts and seeds.
